West Palm Beach I-95 Accident Leaves 16-Year-Old Girl Dead in Multi-Car Collision

West Palm Beach, FL (July 15, 2026) – A 16-year-old girl from Riviera Beach was killed early Wednesday morning after a multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 95 in West Palm Beach, according to authorities.

The fatal collision occurred shortly after midnight on the northbound lanes of I-95 near the Blue Heron Boulevard exit in Palm Beach County.

Investigators said the teenager was driving a car  northbound when she lost control of the vehicle. The car traveled onto the outside shoulder, where it struck a guardrail and concrete wall before returning to the roadway.

Authorities reported that the teen exited the vehicle and was leaning into the backseat area when a northbound car struck the right side of the disabled vehicle. The impact sent the girl onto the outside shoulder. The car then collided with a concrete wall before coming to a stop nearby.

A second  driver attempted to avoid the crash scene but also struck the disabled Altima.

The teenage driver was pronounced dead at the scene. One  driver was transported to a nearby hospital with injuries, while another driver involved in the crash was not injured.

The circumstances surrounding the collision remain under investigation. Authorities have not released additional details regarding the events leading up to the crash.
